Dr. Donald Miller has been serving Calgarians for over twenty-five years.
Native to Alberta and a resident of North West Calgary, Dr. Donald Miller
is actively involved in community service through coaching in high school
athletics, the Boy Scouts and various Church programs. He also played a
vital role in the implementation of Alberta's only free dental clinic for
the homeless, located in downtown Calgary.
Dr. Miller graduated from Brigham Young University in 1970 with a BSc. in Zoology.
From there, he was accepted into the Dentistry program at Marquette University in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated in 1974 with a D.D.S. degree.
He also has extensive post-graduate training that has allowed him to develop expertise
in the most up to date techniques; allowing him to be on the cutting edge of dentistry.
He is active in the local professional organizations and holds memberships in the American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Canadian Dental Association, the Alberta Dental Association,
the Mid-American Orthodontic Society and he is a Diplomat, the highest honour awarded, in
the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Donald Miller is trained and certified in
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, the same training obtained by Emergency Room doctors.

Dr. Ian Miller is a native Albertan born in Taber and has been a citizen of Calgary for the past 28 years.
He attended the University of Calgary and Brigham Young University for his undergraduate programs.
While busy with studies in Calgary, he managed his time in order to play basketball for the Dinos.
Dr. Miller graduated from the University of Alberta in 1977 with a D.D.S. degree.
He has been married for over 30 years and has four children and six grandchildren. He enjoys the challenge
of marathon races, triathlons and enjoys the demanding sports of down hill skiing and basketball.
As an accomplished equestrian Dr. Miller has competed in professional cutting horse competitions in
North Western Canada and the United States.
Dr Miller's interests also extend into the arts. He has performed as a soloist in various musical productions.
Dr. Miller is active in the community volunteering his time coaching high school basketball at Bowness High
for ten years, seven years as a scout leader and served as a missionary for two years in South America. Dr. Miller
has continued with his service by setting up a free dental clinic for the homeless in downtown Calgary.
In order to serve his patients with the most up to date treatments Dr. Miller continues his studies and is an
active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Canadian Dental Association, The Alberta Dental
Association, the Mid-American Orthodontic Society and he is a Diplomat, the highest honour awarded, in the Dental
Organization for Conscious Sedation. Equipped with state of the art technology and training Dr. Miller is able
to provide the most recent advances in cosmetic smile enhancement, orthodontics, implants, endodontic and micro-surgery.
Safety is of the up most importance to Dr. Miller, which is why he is trained and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support,

Arbour Lake Dental Care and Institute for Sedation Dentistry is pleased to have Dr. Christopher Miller join the clinic.
Dr. Miller, son of Dr. Ian Miller, is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore, College of Dental Surgery. Graduating with distinction for "meritorious achievement in oral surgery", he was awarded the Edgar J. Jacques award for the highest standing as a graduating senior in this area of his training.
Additionally he qualified for admission into the "Gorgas Odontological Society", which is afforded those of highest academic and technical achievement throughout their four years of dental studies.
Prior to his tenure at the University Of Maryland, he received a B.Sc. in Zoology at Brigham Young University, during which period he took a two year sabbatical for missionary service in France.
A native Calgarian, Dr. Miller attended Bowness High School, where he lettered in basketball and football and in his senior year, was the school's student athlete nominee for Calgary's senior boys award.
Dr. Miller has been married to his wife Julie for seven years and they have two boys, Harris and Euan. |

Dr. Manjula Reddy is from Saskatchewan. She
attended the University of Saskatchewan for her undergraduate program
and received her D.M.D. in 1997. She has been a great addition to Arbour
Lake Dental Care, where she has worked for three years. She has traveled
both to India and Northern Saskatchewan doing charitable dental service
for the underprivileged which she plans to do more of in the future. She
enjoys sports and playing the piano. |
